Incredibly nice and accommodating staff, breakfasts were great.
My king room was top-class, had a perfect bed. The bathroom was spacious with shower facilities, a hair dryer and bath sheets.

Everything was first-class, the continental breakfast was totally worth it. In general the staff were KNOWLEDGEABLE and active. Booked the hotel for its nice location not far from surrounding tourist places. I ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby.

The location was excellent to Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport. Aalsmeer is a unique village type suburb with much character about 15 minutes shuttle time. The hotel obviously is favored by internationals as the rooms are geared toward travelers' comforts. Everything is under one roof - food, beverage, internet, lounge, etc. Staff was extremely helpful, prompt and efficient. A shopping center was within walking distance. We were more than satisfied.

The location is ideal if you have a car. Very close to airport. Parking is free. Bed and sofa bed is very nice. The name of the hotel was not very clear from the street, the hotel was under renovation when we arrived.
One of the window in our room (106) cannot be closed, but this was solved by the receptionist and a hammer :-). Our bathroom door cannot be locked, and water is dripping from the valve of the wash basin. In my parent's room (107), the complimentary tea bags, coffee & sugar were not refilled. I need to called in twice to have it refilled.

We would recommend this hotel, spent here great 2 nights. The venue was ENCHANTING, fairly clean offered good breakfasts and had a favourable location in a neighborhood where you can walk along the canal. Location: the hotel was right by main sightseeings and public transport, and the train station and bus station. The room was spotless and cheap, the beds were exceptionally comfortable.

The Wi-Fi was free and reliable, allowing me to catch up on work, but I was disappointed with the missing minibar that left me searching for snacks late at night.

Bathroom.
I intend to file a formal complaint, your website listed the room I picked as having two twin beds. That is the sole reason I picked it. Upon arrival the room had one bed and one couch. I was told there were no twin rooms in the hotel. The couch bed.was absolutely unacceptable and I injured my left knee by trying to sleep on it, it was one foot shorter than my height. When I reported my injury to the front desk it was ignored.
